Today I went to get some cappuccino and spinach wrap at Star Bucks and when it was time for me to pay, the clerk told me the girl by the pick up area had paid for my drink already. I was quite amused and touched by her kind gesture. Instead of just enjoying the moment, I paid for the next person in line and then proceeded to meet this kind person to express my gratitude. She was truly an amazing and incredible person of greatness.
I have always talked about doing random acts of kindness and even posted about it recently. I have paid for a stranger at Star bucks or at a pay toll. I have given to the needy and prayed for those in need. I do random acts of kindness all the time but never expect anything in return. The random acts of kindness are an expression of Divine Love.
So many people do things for recognition or some alterior motive like most corporate companies. Never do it for any gain but to give it as a gift.
I have been constantly blessed by the Universe because of my positive thoughts, actions, prayers, emotions and writings.
Last January I put out my Christmas tree for pickup and much of the pine needles were scattered all over my front step all the way to the driveway. It was a mess but due to my hectic schedule with families, my mom, Lola and work, I didn’t get the chance to clean it up. Eventually I found some time to clean up the mess but was flabbergasted to find that all the mess was completely gone and no one in my family had done that. I just want to thank that beautiful soul for your random act of kindness. I wish that beautiful soul infinite love and blessings!
Others including strangers have given me sacred holy books, spiritual decor and even miraculous crystals.
Last week, we were so blessed to have the one and only Ganga Nath and his Divine Wife ( Tara Leela) visit Lola to provide healing prayers and mantra.
When we allow God’s Love, Light and Compassion guide all our actions, thoughts and deeds, the Universe will always bless us with the positive energies we have co-created in so many beautiful ways.
Do good actions not to avoid bad karma but do it to express the nobility and divinity within you.
Do random acts of kindness and learn to become one with God’s Love and transcend the laws of karma and be set free to be a beautiful radiant light and ray of God.

Martial arts have been a big part of Chinese history. There are many forms of martial arts that include over a hundred different styles which are classified by families, regions ,sects and schools. Styles get their influence from Taoism, mythology, legends and even animal and insect defensive movement patterns which include but are not limited to the Tiger Crane style, Monkey style, Eagle Claw Style, and even a powerful Praying Mantis style.
These past four days have been quite busy for me. It was filled with bitter and sweet moments and memories. Last Friday I attended the memorial service of my dearly beloved Aunty Vicky. She was one of my favorite aunts. I practically grew up at her house during my early childhood. She and my mom go way back and have much history together. They have shared many of life’s precious moments together and have had their fair share of bitter and sweet memories. Through the challenges of life, my mom and Aunty Vicky swore to be blood sisters forever and that they were. Despite their differences, their love and commitment to each other and family span six decades.
