Fit versus being Healthy

I apologize for not writing any new blogs lately but I have been extremely busy writing my next book which is the last of my three part trilogy. It will help end the suffering of so many millions of people around the world from physical, emotional and spiritual pain. However, I have been observing a pattern with many young people nowadays that I know will create future suffering and death. Hence, this blog.

Due to our ego perpetuated reality we live in, many young people strive to be like the Hollywood God’s and Goddesses with perfect bodies. I see so many people go to great lengths to look good. It is appalling to see so many young people even do plastic surgery just to look like their favorite superhero, movie star or celeb.  Many are doing fad diets to quickly bulk up and then shred down to a Greek God/ Goddess body. Many eat a very high amount of protein to bulk up the body before they begin to shred. There are two versions of bulking up- one version is with eating healthy proteins and the second is dirty bulking where the individual eats everything and anything to bulk up including burger and fries. I have seen amazing results from this way of sculpting the body; however, is it worth the price of our health to achieve a moments of glory of our external beauty that is only skin deep?

Eating extremely high protein diet is very taxing on our kidneys and liver, especially with animal based protein. Anthony Williams warns us about the perils of animal base protein diets.  It things go awry, the individual can have kidney failure and end up on a dialysis machine and go three times a week to clean their blood. If it is bad enough, they could possibly lose their kidneys altogether. High fat, sugar, cholesterol and sodium diet will predispose us to heart disease, hypertension and diabetes which will open a host of diseases. The dirty bulking will cause our bodies to go into inflammatory mode which leads to all sorts of diseases and illnesses.

The sudden increase in weight from any bulking diet puts a load on the heart. Then when the individual starts to shred too quickly or lose weight too quickly, this creates a yo-yo effect which significantly increases our chances of a heart attack.

Those who are training this way usually do heavy duty workouts with both weights and cardio. The result is much sweat is produced which results in us losing much minerals, electrolytes and trace minerals. If the person drinks coffee, liquor or medication, they will lose even more. Many people think that drinking sport drinks will resolve the issue but it only contains much sugar, some sodium chloride and potassium. Our body needs 18 minerals to function properly. When we continue to deplete our minerals without replenishing it, we will lose too much including magnesium and selenium which are crucial to heart function. As a result, many so called fit individuals including former Olympians are dying at a young age. Some are dying as young as in their 50’s. There was a couple who were top notched shaped physicians ( Cardiologist to be exact). They both worked out regularly and were fit as a fiddle but both died suddenly in their 50’s.I have heard of people dying just using the treadmill. A relative who was super fit died suddenly on the treadmill although he had no history of heart disease.

A couch potato will have a longer life than a super jock. I will expand more about this in my upcoming book which deals with the suffering of humanity and how to navigate through it and achieve radiant health and longevity.

It is better to be tone than super ripped. It is better to be healthy than tone. Being healthy requires a balance of body, mind and spirit. Proper hydration, food, and sleep is a must. Meditation is extremely important to our health and well-being since it turns off our stress cortisol from being produced in overdrive which will shut down our immune system. Health requires attention and maintenance of our gut health since 80 % of our immune system comes from our gut.

Health is about balance while fitness many times requires extremes to get that chiseled look which many are seeking. It is far better to work at cultivating the soul than the temple that shields the soul.

I hope that those of you who want to get super ripped would think twice. You can look good without doing that. If you radiant as a beautiful soul then there is no need to be super ripped. That only makes your ego bigger and that will lead you to greater suffering on earth and beyond. Set yourself free by loving yourself and discovering your true nature. Also, ask yourself why is it so important that you want to be super ripped. Is it for you or is it because you feel that it will make people love you more. Truly understanding the depth of the question will begin to propel you into better understanding yourself and hopefully will help to push you forward in your search for meaning in life.

Wishing you all love and blessings! Thank you for your ongoing support!

Love,
