I feel good!

Two years ago I felt and looked younger than how I was 10 to 15 years ago. I have felt like I was twenty seven years old for quite a long time through my healthy lifestyle but I began to notice that I actually felt like I aged to twenty eight for the first time during the last year. I somehow lost my nutritional harmony despite eating a relatively healthy diet.

My dear Canadian friends, Matt and Tai Monique, stayed at my home briefly but that short time was enough catalyst to move me forward in my nutritional advancement and help me complete the missing link in my nutritional health. My friends are vegans and juicers. They even brought their juicer with them during their one month vacation. I admired them for their dedication and commitment to their health.

After Matt and Tai left, I decided to invest in a juicer and started to learn more about juicing. I have been juicing for about two weeks. After the first week, I began losing some weight; most likely my body was detoxifying. By week two, I began to feel refreshed or more energetic. I slept better and I just have to say ” I feel good!” Maybe James Brown had a juicer as well. LOL!

I have less cravings and I have broken many of my food addictions. I eat mainly organic and non-GMO fruits and protein. I have been focusing on getting more of my protein from plant based protein like nuts, seeds, vegetables and legumes.

Now I feel like I am twenty six years of age. Woo-hoo!
I still take my plant based PEO ( plant based parent essential oil) recommended by Dr. Brian Peskin which has impacted my health as well as my canine friend quite positively. I still take my important supplements like Noni and others but I noticed a huge shift with adding juicing in my diet.

I recently watched a very inspirational film made by an Australian film director-Joe Cross. It is called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. It is great documentary film on Netflix about Joe’s journey to saving his life. We literally see him morph from an obese and ill man to a man full of life and vitality after he does an all juice fasting for about sixty days. There is much good info from Dr. Furhman about our health. See how it is possible to finally break away from our toxic food addictons and achieve amazing health and healing.

Another good film to motivate you to change your eating habits is Food, Inc.

We are what we eat. I have writtened about the healing I got from eating better in my first book-Dare to Imagine.

Our nutrition affects our mood and mental clarity. Learn to realize the importance of the choices we make each day of our lives from how we eat, shop and spend our time. Most of the illnesses and diseases are a direct result of the poor choices we make with what we eat, drink and do. Choose wisely and thrive. Go with the flow and be a predictable statistic. Choose wisely because the odds are against those who lack awareness, knowledge and motivation. I wish each one of you freedom to thrive to fulfill your special purpose and destiny in life.

Wishing all of you infinite love and blessings!

Love,

Blake
